As
a young boy,he drew, sculptured objects and wrote poetry. He studied at the Art
School in Grenoble, France, where he learned the art of engraving, painting, photography
and sculpture. Later he worked as a designer in creative studios in Grenoble and
in Strasbourg, for fashion, indistrial design and communication. In 1977, he created
his own studio in Annecy, France. Today, he works as free-lance for private or
advertising companies and public institutions, but always he continues his artistic
research and his own personal work. Since 1967, RAULIN has exhibited regularly,
diffusing about eight hundred original works in Europe and the Middle East.
Jean Luc RAULIN, artist, painter and sculptor, was born in SAIGON (VietNam) in 1950, lived and worked in ANNECY (FRANCE). He took part in more than 40 exposures in the ten last years. He died on 7th of April 2011.
